Today, many local anesthetic companies insufficiency to merger with large multinational companies to expand their business. There would be several problems come to them including losing their identity, decreasing in jobs and revenues overseas. However, in Positive outcomes of company mergers, according to Forthergill (n.d), in this case of merger, both local and international firms will gain many advantages such as wider market, better centering practices and passing restrictions. In addition, consumers will assimilate more choices for stuff which ar high stadard and good price. This sample will critically respond Forthergills article.
One of the ideas of Forthergill is round management practices which might be non credible. He states that when local companies merge with mutinational companies, they will have many chances to practice management in a higher quality. In additon, he as well mentions an idea (Phillips 2003) how better management practices make high type for stuff and decrease the cost of production, which result in ingathering in sales and revenues. However, this idea of Phillips is very general, it does not go for for Forthergill argument about management practice.
Specifically, he just gives what are in terms of management practices but does not doom how local companies can own these. Moreover, there are not evidence and examples to support and make his argument to be more convincing. So, these lead to a bias argument.
